In my experience most elders will make arrangements before hand, only the clods do not. Unfortunately, there are a few COs running around that actively instruct elders to make unannounced visits, and then make an excuse to use your facilities so they'll have an excuse to wander through your house.

American Legal Eagles Where Are You?

to be fair, most of us europeans dont really understand it very well, and we have been giving you yanks a bit of a hard time lately, so i think that it would be great if we could all have some enlightenment on how it works.. for example, in the uk there is one law that applies to every citizen no matter who they are.
in the us, different states seem have different laws.

(1) only applies to certain specific kinds of crime, and then it's a matter of moving something or somebody across the state line, just commiting a crime and then crossing the state line does not make it federal

Absolutely Englishman, some criminals journey from state prison to state prison. Occasionally if one state convicts someone of something serious like murder with a major penalty then another state that has convicted the same individual for a lesser offense will just go ahead and hand the criminal off for the major bust, especially if they're going to fry them.

some have had difficulty in accepting the number of victims per pedophile i have used, i.e.
i based this on what an attorney who prosecutes such cases against molesters told me.

I've heard this statement quite a few times. Generally from people that deep down inside wish they had a real education. It's just an excuse, I feel sorry for people that say things like that because they obviously have no clue.
